The Email Marketing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, development, and analysis of email marketing and loyalty programs. This position will update the email marketing calendar as needed and execute against it as scheduled. In addition, the coordinator will work closely with all members of the marketing, sales, and product teams to increase sales through email marketing and loyalty programs. The Email Marketing Coordinator will assist in the execution of email programs from development, trafficking assets, segmentation, testing, and analysis. 


  • Partner with digital marketing, graphic design, and product development teams to support the creation and delivery of compelling email communications for various audiences, including newsletters, product surveys, and sales promotions
  • Execute daily email operations to ensure that emails are completed and deployed on time
  • Segment email lists and assist in developing systems for nurture campaigns to various audiences
  • Assist in the management of the subscriber database to grow the email list and improve response
  • Assist in the execution of various loyalty marketing campaigns across the digital and in-store landscape
  • Assist in updating the loyalty calendar, as needed
  • Support QA of loyalty campaigns
  • Assist in providing weekly email inspiration to the design team
  • Assist with competitive landscape audits to identify best-in-class email marketing
  • Prepare reports and communicate on the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns and monitor subscriptions to continually improve ROI from email marketing efforts
  • Assist in preparing reports for eCommerce meetings
  • Analyze analytics and generate performance reports to add to the ecommerce dashboard
  • Stay up to date on email best practices through continued learning via webinars, industry reports, etc.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • Knowledge of CAN-SPAM and email best practices
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, preferred
  • Knowledge of Listrak, preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to make decisions independently, or escalate when applicable


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of email marketing experience
