Position Overview

The Email Marketing Coordinator works on the Marketing Automation team to support and facilitate emails, landing pages, and other digital campaigns. This entry-level role will train directly under the Marketing Automation Manager while working with other team members to utilize marketing systems for campaign automation, email development, AB testing, program optimizations, and digital best practices to help our partners hit and exceed goals.


  • Assist with coordinating assets, building emails and automations, scheduling, testing, and the launching of various marketing campaigns
  • Build various emails and automations
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance (QA) Team to ensure Marketing Automation campaigns and programs function as designed/intended and follow best practices and standards
  • Develop working knowledge of email marketing trends, best practices, technologies, and CAN-SPAM compliance
  • Collaborate with team cross-functionally to effectively plan, build, and execute campaigns.
  • Assist with list segmentation, email creative copy, and campaign testing ensuring accuracy and completion
  • Train to develop and analyze reporting that will help guide future emails and automations
  • Support other marketing activities as required

Knowledge & Skills Required

  • Minimum 0-1 years of marketing or related experience for this entry-level role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related discipline
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills
  • Strong ability to independently troubleshoot
  • Desire to continually learn and improve
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient time management skills
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools such as Mailchimp, Active Campaigns, Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketing Cloud, or Marketo is preferred
  • Experience in a CRM like Salesforce a plus
  • Any knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
