Omega CRM, a leader in Technology Solutions, is looking to develop its Marketing practice with a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.
- Support the definition of the Marketing Automation strategy.
- Manage and execute the email marketing strategy.
- Campaign management and customization with the coordination of the rest of the team.
- Planning the different tasks involved in the launch of a communication and identifying the associated agents.
- Interlocution with the rest of the teams to perform tasks among the different users involved in the launching of a campaign.
- Follow-up of the launch to ensure the quality of the contact and the campaign in addition to the analysis of the results of the campaign.
- Ensure the promotional content quality.
- Validate the creativity of customer communication, making proposals for improvement.
- Create and automate Journeys. Implementation of the different automated actions and triggers through the corresponding application and in the required media.
- Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce).
- Knowledge to manage marketing projects.
- Ability to leverage collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
- Advanced level of English. Another language is desirable.
