Omega CRM, a leader in Technology Solutions, is looking to develop its Marketing practice with a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant.


Main duties:


  • Support the definition of the Marketing Automation strategy.
  • Manage and execute the email marketing strategy.
  • Campaign management and customization with the coordination of the rest of the team.
  • Planning the different tasks involved in the launch of a communication and identifying the associated agents.
  • Interlocution with the rest of the teams to perform tasks among the different users involved in the launching of a campaign.
  • Follow-up of the launch to ensure the quality of the contact and the campaign in addition to the analysis of the results of the campaign.
  • Ensure the promotional content quality.
  • Validate the creativity of customer communication, making proposals for improvement.
  • Create and automate Journeys. Implementation of the different automated actions and triggers through the corresponding application and in the required media.


Experience:


  • Proven experience in creating marketing campaigns with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Previous experience in database management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Knowledge with the automation software and relevant performance evaluation.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce).
  • Knowledge to manage marketing projects.
  • Ability to leverage collaboration to produce well-crafted content.
  • Advanced level of English. Another language is desirable.
