This position is responsible for creating, executing, monitoring, reporting and analyzing email campaigns; managing and optimizing the design, content, targeting and messaging of email communications in order to maximize ROI and improve practices.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) is a plus
  • At least 5 years working experience in marketing related business areas and/or e-Commerce
  • At least 3 years working experience in email marketing
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan
  • Experience working with sophisticated self-service email delivery tools, preferably Cheetah Digital and BlueCore
  • Expertise in driving and executing Discount-driven/ Content-driven marketing and Email Marketing strategies and plans
  • Shows expertise and experience leading and executing multiple large-scale marketing plans at one time, with focus and efficiency
  • Knowledge and experience using Adobe Analytics, ESP data analytics, or other analytics suite
  • Knowledge of images software, eCommerce, eTail, IT/Consumer Electronics business

Job Description

  • Email Marketing business planning creation includes email marketing calendar, promotion campaign schedule, etc. based on business needs and market characteristics/trends
  • Email campaign production, collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production managers, engineering teams, etc. to deliver e-mail marketing strategy, developing detailed project specifications and providing end-to-end email marketing management, and execute successful email marketing campaigns. Responsible for the establishment, execution, documentation and management of strategic planning and day to day operation
  • Email campaign performance reviewing, evaluating, and analyzing based on market research, product supply/roadmap knowledge and research, as well as email marketing data presented by in-house data (Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Cheetah Digital, BlueCore); be accountable for measuring and reporting on email campaign results
  • New campaign development/innovation and process improvement, based on market research, the best market practice, the improved production/customer satisfaction knowledge. Also identify any enhancement opportunities to maximize ROI and improve practices. Evaluation index will include open rate, click-through-rate and conversion rate of commercial email, as well as revenue growth driven by email marketing
  • Market research, analyzing business developments, monitoring market trends, and identifying the market best practices
  • Comply with industry rules and regulations governing commercial email communication. (CAN-SPAM)
