Position Summary:

An Email Specialist plays a key role in the marketing automation team. This position will produce engaging and compelling marketing emails, reflecting the brand and strategic marketing objectives. The Email Specialist will be a proven email marketer who wants to be part of a high-performance culture and is passionate about leveraging communication strategies to build customer relationships.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Design and implement campaigns using Pardot/Marketing Cloud
  • Build, code, debug responsive HTML emails
  • Proof emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Maintain Pardot/Marketing Cloud database integrity
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Assist with landing pages and forms
  • Light graphic design
  • Other duties as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2-4 years using Pardot, Marketing Cloud or a similar Email Automation tool
  • Proficient with email HTML and CSS, especially in email development
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Experience measuring and reporting on email analytics, preferred
  • Experience using Salesforce, preferred
  • Excel proficiency preferred
