ProjectManager.com is an award-winning Project Management software company, with thousands of paying customers like NASA and the United Nations using our platform to manage projects. We are seeking an Email Marketing Automation Contractor to further fuel our company growth. This position is full time for approximately 4 weeks and will work closely with our VP of Product and CEO.
You will be responsible for “optimizing the Free Trial experience” to maximize the conversion rates of our customers.
Your first exciting challenge will be to build an extensive suite of email auto-responders which will guide customers through their Free Trial experience. These emails will dramatically increase product engagement and will closely follow a new suite of “Customer Journey Maps”.
The perfect candidate for this role will have extensive experience creating and optimizing different types of drip campaigns to achieve defined business goals.
You will work with our Product team to create a complete 30 day onboarding experience within our platform, so that customers get engaged in using our software as soon as they take a Free Trial. You will also work with our Sales team to automate their outreach during the Free Trial period, to help improve their sales results.
As a master of marketing automation tools, email, content and in-product engagement, you will optimize the entire Free Trial funnel to boost conversion rates and directly impact the bottom line. It’s an exciting challenge for an experienced Saas Marketing Automation guru, as you will have full control of your own destiny!
Create a detailed Customer Journey Map for the entire Free Trial experience.
Marketing Automation Platform
-Architect the Email Automation outreach sequences within Hubspot, that are needed to engage, retain and convert free trialists into paying customers.
-Rollout the tracking needed to measure success of the Free Trial funnel.
-Continuously review and improve the funnel through ongoing tactics.
-Have experience working with Saas companies in a Marketing Automation role.
-Have extensive experience in “Transactional” Saas businesses, such as those who offer a self-service free trial of their product. This is as opposed to the “Enterprise” Saas model.
-Have worked with several industry standard Marketing Automation platforms including Hubspot..
-Know Customer Journey Mapping inside and out, so you feel confident that the journey you build for our Free Trial experience, is the right one from the get-go.
-Feel confident working at all levels of Marketing Automation, from Strategy and Planning to Tools, ---Email and Content and execution.
-Be looking for a challenge, where you can “own” an area of the business and really make a difference to the bottom line.
-While this is an initial short term engagement, there is opportunity ahead to work with us long term, if the initial assignment is successful.
