About this role

We’re looking for a Demand Generation Associate with the experience necessary to plan and execute campaigns that will drive the growth of our paid product offering. Collaborating with various cross-functional teams across the go-to-market organization, you will set the strategy and messaging for various campaigns and programs that are designed to maximize awareness around our company and drive consideration/purchase of our platform. With the ability to strongly impact the growth of our business, you will work in a fast-paced startup environment and execute independently on day-to-day requirements.

About you:

  • You have 2-3 years experience working on a marketing team and executing multi-channel campaigns
  • You are proficient with metrics measurement and funnel optimization and have working knowledge of relevant tools such as Salesforce, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software
  • You have a keen sense of empathy and understanding for audiences both internally and externally and are able to customize your communications accordingly
  • You have clear writing, critical thinking, and communication skills
  • You are comfortable in ambiguous situations and love problem solving
  • You have a genuine desire to learn new skills and improve existing ones
  • You are comfortable contributing to a company revenue target and take ownership for tracking towards it

What you’ll do: 

  • Build, run, and manage effective multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Remind
  • Partner effectively with Marketing, Communications, Sales, User Research, and Product teams to develop campaign strategies and key messages
  • Analyze performance metrics and proactively optimize campaigns to improve the effectiveness of future campaigns
  • Operationalize all aspects of demand generation from content to Salesforce and overall performance tracking
  • Experiment with new ways to build demand

On your first day, you should:

  • Be comfortable navigating and using tools such as Looker, Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Marketo
  • Be comfortable using SQL and Excel to explore data tables that define our business
  • Be comfortable taking calculated risks
  • Have an intuition for marketing and be able to contribute in cross-functional meetings
  • Be passionate about improving education
