BuildASign is an online retail leader of custom signage and banners, helping small businesses and individuals alike sell their brands and celebrate events. We are looking for an eager, entry-level candidate who can quickly learn the day-to-day and work with company leaders to implement a sophisticated email strategy for our ecommerce brands. You will be personally responsible for driving millions of dollars in annual sales through successfully executing our email program. Responsibilities:

• Implements of BuildASign's promotional, transactional, and relationship-building email campaigns
• Reports on and interprets Email performance; recommends steps to meet revenue goals, optimize sends, and continue growing email lists
• Develops and builds new email campaign types (automators, segmentation, etc.) to improve effectiveness
• Executes A/B testing plans to prove out new strategies
• Masters cross-functional coordination with Design team, Customer Service, Product and other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• BA/BS preferably in Marketing, Business, or Mathematics, Engineering, or similar technical field
• Digital Marketing and/or Email experience a plus
