Phase 1: Application closes December 1st 2020
We want to set a task for you to get stuck into, instead of long cover letters and CVs. We have tried to keep this as fun and non time consuming as possible. We want to see your ideas and raw talent no matter the brands or places you have worked.
We will need the following for your full application:
1. Applicants must fill out the questionnaire before completing the design challenge. This includes your details, making sure you are eligible to work in the UK, and that you have enough experience.

Before your interview we will review your CV, the following will be removed by our team: Name, email, college and education locations and date of birth. 4
December 15th - 17th will be when we interview. This is when we get to meet you! Albeit through a screen due to Covid-19 restrictions. This is a time for you to ask any questions about the role, and for us to get to know you and talk through your task. You’ll be interviewed in front of 4 people and the same people will interview everyone. Don’t worry we know what interviews are like and we are a friendly bunch!
Phase 3: Second round - early January 2021
We will ask that the second round candidates perform a short HTML task. This is to check your experience in coding for email, the code standard you use and the attention to detail and QA. Based on your submission we will finalise the winning candidate and may ask for a second interview.
Phase 4: Final round - mid January 2021 After Phase 2 and 3 we will award the offer and we can grab another meeting, if safe in person with your manager and some of the team. This will give us a chance to talk through the opportunity and finalise the offer and contracts.
