As an Email Database Marketer, you will be an integral part of our Sales Team. We are a remote-first company, so we value highly the ability to work autonomously, be self-driven, and stay productive.

🚀 What you’ll do

• Promote Uscreen’s solution to creators, founders, & CEOs via large scale email outreach
• Lead, manage, & mentor a team of part-time database researchers to aide in data enrichment for our prospects and customers
• Maintain deliverability and performance metrics of large-scale email campaigns
• Facilitate conversations with sales team members for interested prospects
• Test messaging to ensure ICP alignment of across multiple targeted email campaigns running concurrently
• Ability to hit and exceed monthly goals
• Connect responding prospects to the broader sales team
• Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in the CRM system

🔥 Do you have what it takes?

• 2+ years of outbound sales or email marketing experience
• Proven track record of hitting and exceeding goals
• Growth mindset and a positive attitude
• Graduate of a four-year university
• Fantastic teammate ready to be part of a growing team
