We are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who has a proven track record in growing the email/SMS channel through smart segmenting and compelling storytelling. The ideal candidate will be motivated by data and will be able to excel at this work autonomously. We are an organization that moves fast and optimizes on the fly, so ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.

We have a large email list with a passionate and engaged audience. This is an opportunity for someone to take an email program in its early stages and mold it into something special. If you are a data-driven e-mail/SMS expert who is capable of building a top-tier email program, this role is for you.

Position Summary

, Responsibilities And Expectations

  • Leading the conceptualization of email programs that nurtures & informs potential consumers and extends the LTV of prior purchasers
  • Designing beautiful branded emails and writing compelling copy that serve a dual purpose: building our brand while maximizing sales
  • Using our SMS/MMS marketing channel in concert with email to promote new releases, promotions & brand stories
  • Evaluating customer segments of large email lists to deliver timely and relevant brand messaging to increase engagement and maximize revenue
  • Development and continual optimization of welcome, abandonment and winback flows to drive incremental revenue & engagement
  • Weekly reporting on the following: list growth and retention, flow and campaign deliverability, open rates & conversion rates
  • Quarterly roadmap development of email promotions and content in partnership with social, brand and web teams
  • Plan and execute ongoing A/B testing (layout, format, frequency, images, etc) for continual performance improvements to hit aggressive KPIs
  • Manage strict timelines for asset creation & delivery with creative teams

Monitor and find new integrations with Klaviyo to automate marketing operations and improve productivity


Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years of experience managing e-commerce email/SMS marketing programs
  • Experience in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint (or Apple Keynote)
  • Proficient in e-commerce email and SMS platforms like Klaviyo and Attentive
  • Strong copywriting skills with an eye for email design
  • Data-driven with strong analytic background
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational & project management skills

Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
