iRobot is looking for a highly motivated Personalization CRM Lead to join our team. In this newly created position, you will be responsible for owning the personalization experience roadmap and delivery to drive ecommerce growth for iRobot’s Direct to Consumer business. You will have experience in strategy, activation, optimization and reporting with a solid understanding of CRM martech platforms. You are intellectually curious, an analytical thinker, highly collaborative in order to work closely with individuals across the entire global enterprise, as well as with our technology partners and vendors.

Key Accountabilities

  • Communicates engagement stream vision and aspirations effectively to the team and key stakeholders
  • Understands and contributes to the end-to-end team output strategy from inception to production
  • Set the holistic vision for personalization across email & web experience. Define and implement use cases leveraging customer data and Advanced Analytics models
  • Create, size and prioritize personalization A/B testing and backlog focused on driving incremental sales
  • Partner closely with internal Data Science & Digital Technology teams to determine future state inputs of personalization and associated requirements
  • Collaborate with website, app and paid media teams to develop consistent experience for users
  • Drive impact by influencing, coaching, and challenging cross functional team members and providers
  • Communicate with business stakeholders and providers about agile processes to set and manage expectations about scaling

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience

  • 4-6 years experience driving email marketing and personalization at an agency or in-house in a large consumer marketing team, including Campaign Management platform and HTML development
  • Deep understanding and experience on email marketing, especially personalization, A/B testing and scaling
  • Proven track-record of leading multiple projects and creating impact through pragmatic problem-solving
  • Previous hands-on experience managing a Campaign Management tool with preferred experience with CDP and decision engine
  • Good understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Hands-on experience from start-ups or similar, dynamic digital environment in agile work mode
  • Strong team leadership skills, demonstrated in analytical, innovative or digital environments
