Job Description

The primary purpose of this position is to provide strategic support and technical creative expertise in the creation and deployment of email campaigns to support our Business Banking. This position will sit within the Corporate Email Marketing team and will be responsible for providing campaign strategy and messaging recommendations to support various quarterly and ongoing email specific efforts coming out of the Business Banking.

The role will also be responsible for the development of emails from receipt of creative assets, through campaign setup and ultimately deployment, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This includes coding HTML emails, amending code to enable dynamic content, testing functionality, and rendering, executing test sends and revisions and managing approvals. Also required is the ability to prepare subscriber lists and schedule deployments through the Marketing Cloud application.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with proven ability to deliver results

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience with Email marketing principles, best practices, and strategy
• Ability to apply strategic marketing ideas to actual business objectives and goals
• Reporting with insights and analysis through SFMC reports
• Knowledge of HTML, Web Services, web development tools etc.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Impeccable eye for detail
• Ampscript Proficiency desired
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification is desired

Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Pay Range: $84,065.00 - $98,900.00 - $108,790.00
