Chubbies is seeking the best Campaign Manager out there to join our growing company. We need a dependable and driven person on our marketing team to fuel our outbound communications that keep this weekend-machine running. The Campaign Manager at Chubbies will own multiple business processes, and work cross-functionally with our operations group. If you are a quick learner, a hard worker, detail-oriented, and looking to get into an awesome company with tons of room to grow, then send us back a resume and an explanation of why you would be a great fit for the role, our top-notch marketing team, and our company.

Responsibilities

• Create daily email campaigns and templates
• A/B test and create optimized email sends
• Work cross-functionally with members of the merchandising, inventory and operations teams to confirm arrivals of POs for messaging and secure product marketing details. 
• Schedule and deploy email campaigns, push notifications and SMS messaging 
• Use data & analytics to track to channel KPIs 
• Ability to achieve revenue goals through successful campaign management
• Any additional channel operational needs as directed by your manager

Experience & Skills

• 2+ years of experience managing digital campaigns
• Bachelors degree, preferably in marketing
• Experience using Klayviyo or similar platforms
• Experience working in autonomous environments
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once  
• Experience making data-driven decisions
• Willing to work evenings & holidays occasionally
