As you can imagine, we send out a large number of marketing emails each week across our various markets at Boden. Email is an increasingly important part of our marketing mix. With this in mind, we’re looking for a talented Email Automation Assistant to build and send these marketing emails, making sure each one looks beautiful, but also sent out in time to meet tight deadlines.

An HTML buff, you will have a technical brain and a methodical approach to your work that means you never miss a typo or a coding error in a template. You’ll be a logical thinker who can use their deep technical knowledge to find solutions to problems.

Chances are you’ll also have a real interest in fashion and a key for what beautiful email content looks like. This will help you bridge the technical and creative elements of the role, partnering with different teams across the business for the creative content needed to build best in class emails that our customers love.

You’ll Have

  • Strong HTML experience. This isn’t a front-end development role, but a good understanding of HTML will be critical to help build and work with existing code templates.
  • Fantastic attention to detail, exceptional organisation and unrivalled ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative approach, a natural ability to build great relationships, and the impressive skill of communicating the technical in a way that us mere mortals understand.
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, where you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done (a background in fashion retail will be a plus, but not essential)
