We are looking for an experienced Email & Marketing Automation Strategist to join our growing digital marketing team. In this role, you will primarily lead and manage email, CRM, and marketing automation programs for multiple clients that span across various industries; as well as play a strategic role in the company to develop and support a company-wide perspective on what CRM and marketing automation should be, thereby developing new thinking and services for the agency. While primary responsibilities will be related marketing automation, you should be ingrained in digital culture and omnichannel marketing, and can work together with other channel experts here to provide an integrated strategy for our clients across every aspect of digital marketing. Role responsibilities will be in strategy, set up & implementation and reporting & analysis.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in email / marketing automations platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc.
  • Experience in all aspects of email marketing, including developing strategy for campaigns, building emails, and reporting on performance
  • Experience building advanced campaigns / automations (i.e. campaigns with multiple segments, data integrations, etc.)
  • Experience building lead scoring models and lead nurture campaigns
  • Experience integrating and extracting reporting from analytics platforms (ex. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
  • Experience integrating with CRM platforms, and utilizing CRM platforms to database management and analysis (ex. Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)


Preferred but not required:


•  B2B experience, including understanding of inbound marketing

•  Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is a plus

•  Some knowledge of HTML – you don’t need to know how to code an email from scratch, but rather know some basic principals

•  Agency experience; or experience handling multiple projects at one time and keeping track of everything
