Are you an experienced Pardot email & marketing automation person and looking for an opportunity to shape global demand in a fast-paced SaaS environment? Then this is a perfect job opportunity for you so make sure to get in touch.


We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Automation manager to join our corporate MarTech team. You will be our domain hands-on expert and help establish a Center of Excellence that will be responsible for the overall email strategy, competence development, and the continuous development and implementation of the Pardot toolbox and email marketing best practices. You master the Pardot platform and know its strengths and weaknesses, and you have experience in getting the Marketing/Pardot world to work and connect with Sales/ Salesforce.


What you will be doing


  • Own the global Email & Marketing automation strategy, in close collaboration with the rest of the global marketing teams.
  • Design lead generation framework focused on automated nurture tactics.
  • Develop and execute digital, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and identify the right channels to use.
  • Update our email master templates on a continuous basis together with our design team and make sure our emails are aligned to Siteimprove’s overall brand identity.
  • Provide guidance to field marketers on what works when they run local initiatives.
  • Optimize lead generation activities and support global demand generation programs as the e-mail / nurture marketing manager.
  • Analyze on a continuous basis different lead sources for improving conversion rates working closely with our data analyst.
  • Partner with key stakeholders such as Rev ops, Customer First, Legal and Development teams to ensure alignment between departments.
  • Create email & marketing automation best practices & recommendations on a continuous basis.


What we require of you


  • 2+ years experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).
  • Design lead generation framework focused on automated nurture tactics.
  • Design, implement and activate campaigns and lead nurture flows across selected markets.
  • Hands-on executor and strategic thinker.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills needed to drive the strategy forward with key internal stakeholders.
  • Experience managing campaign execution across multiple channels.
  • Flexible with the ability to handle multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Data-driven, always ensuring we’re tracking and analyzing the right metrics.


What we'll love about you


  • Previous experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) companies.
  • Understanding of the digital marketing toolbox (marketing automation, digital analytics, marketing integrations, SEO, ABM, CRM, paid search, etc.).
  • Ability to think strategically, define short- and long-term plans, and execute activities on a day-to-day basis.
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test & analyse.
  • Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels.
  • Proven success managing time and juggling multiple projects in a high growth environment where priorities change often.
  • That you’re a true team player with great cooperation skills.
