And now we want you to join our lifesaving team. We are looking for an Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialistto support the Website & Email Manager and wider Marketing & Content Team.

Title: Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist

Salary: £38-40,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)

Location: Hybrid between home and Head Office in NW London

This is a key position within our team, as Email Marketing and its role within a supporter’s journey is integral to all activities at Anthony Nolan.

We support all teams across the organisation to help reach their objectives through Digital Marketing - whether that includes retaining a relationship with existing financial supporters, acquiring new people to sign up to the stem cell register, engaging with charity event participants or updating our business contacts about new science and research developments.

As Email & Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will lead on managing our email channel to plan, create, and optimise supporter journeys across the organisation and maximise supporter engagement via emails. You will work with other channel owners, marketing and campaign managers and content leads to deliver a consistent brand experience across all digital channels and ensuring this aligns with offline activity.

You’ll be working with a number of different teams with varied objectives, so planning and project management skills are key. Experience using Marketing Automation Platforms (like DotDigital) and expertise in Email Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing and CRM are all essential to excel in this role.
