We are seeking an individual to work as a power user of our Email/CRM platforms. In addition, support the coordination and execution of our digital marketing programs, supporting internal stakeholders and managers in executing digital performance based marketing, primarily focusing on email.


  • Pull data from our Email and CRM systems to support retention marketing campaigns
  • Share CRM data with performance channels to optimize campaigns
  • Collaborate, coordinate and schedule emails for our customers
  • Recommends and executes on opportunities for email list acquisition and loyalty sign-up
  • Manage post-purchase campaigns and other lifecycle emails to ensure repeat buyers
  • Work with Ecom Management to develop email segmentation, personalization and optimization strategies for a variety of objectives: sales, lead nurturing, re-engagement, loyalty building, etc
  • Provide insights on performance marketing trends
  • Update seasonal assets for all triggered campaigns
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure program consistency across channels
  • Maintain data reporting across our brands
  • Execute ad hoc analysis of performance channels as requested

  • Experience with Email platforms (ie Mail Chimp, Constant Contact, Klaviyo, Listrak
  • 1-2 years of digital performance marketing experience
  • General knowledge performance based marketing channels
  • Good understanding of digital performance KPIs and attribution
  • Google Analytics
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
