Email and Analytics Marketing Manager

We are looking for a talented Email marketing and Analytics manager to take the lead with our email marketing strategies as well as analytical reports for each channel. Your main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases, building automated drip campaigns and managing Analytic and KPI reports for each marketing channel.

As an Email marketing manager, your role is to create strategy to support integrated campaigns through email marketing as well as creating a unique and positive customer experience throughout our e-commerce channels with automated emails and remarketing campaigns.

In order to be successful in this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Identify and segment target audiences and grow our email list
  • Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns
  • Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
  • Work with the creative teams to optimize our emails and landing pages for conversions
  • Ensure prompt and accurate communication with customers via email to improve the purchase experience
  • Create email databases for lead generation
  • Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
  • Cross functional collaboration between marketing, operations, and business intelligence

About You:

  • 2-3 years experience as an Email marketing manager - experience with Klavio and Shopify tools a plus
  • Experience setting up Analytical tracking systems
  • Experience Analyzing marketing campaigns
  • Experience creating C-level business reports
  • Experience with e-commerce analytics
  • Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
