REMOTE Email Marketing Automation Specialist

Responsibilities: Execute email and omni-channel campaigns from start to finish, including:
Execute and measure customer-backed email/marketing automation campaigns in Eloqua and Braze to drive usage, conversion, retention, revenue, and unit growth
Build, QA, execute and measure campaigns in Eloqua and Braze for lifecycle marketing stages, lead nurture, onboarding, retention, and win-back
Partner closely with cross-functional teams (e.g. GTM Team, Data Ops, Analytics, Creative & Deployment Agencies) to execute campaigns, as well as optimize and analyze campaign results.
Accurately estimate and track campaign timelines and results
Build and ensure on-time detailed program schedules - from kick-off to tracking codes to legal/compliance review to deployment and results tracking, including managing stakeholder expectations and communicating out project timelines
Skills
Email marketer with 4+ years’ experience in B2C or B2B email and/or mobile marketing
Experience setting up, executing and measuring life-cycle email campaigns for SaaS products
Marketing automation experience (e.g. Eloqua, Braze, Marketo, Pardot) required
Exceptional execution and project management skills
Understanding of email creative best practices
Passion and ability to be agile in campaign development, execution and delivery of results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand data sources, data mapping, campaign logic, and campaign performance (ROI analysis and recommendations)
Curiosity and energy for digging into campaign data and leveraging technology
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Strong prioritization and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple complex projects & priorities
Solutions-oriented mindset
Ability to iterate and learn quickly to optimize campaigns
Highly organized and detail-oriented
