You have experience in the setup, management, testing, deployment and tracking of various client email campaigns. You have a minimum of 3+ years in high-volume email marketing operations or management role. Experience in luxury retail a plus.
You have been the primary point of contact for the email service providers (ESPs), agency partners and clients we work with.
You know how to define project scopes and partner with the strategy and marketing sciences team to implement eCRM life-cycle contact strategy (cadence and frequency of touch points).
You have the ability to be self-directed and highly motivated in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to convey complex issues/matters in a simple way.
You recognize the value that different perspectives and cultures bring to an organization and you know that these differences add to a work culture. As such, you are sensitive in your expectations and ways of communicating to all team members.
