Nations Info Corp. is looking for a smart, data-driven Director of Lifecycle Marketing to manage our customer engagement efforts including email, SMS and browser alerts. You will be responsible for strategy, execution and P&L of all things related to Remarketing. You will create robust personalization experiences and nurture programs to increase customer engagement and conversion significantly across multi-channel touch points using cohesive design and targeted content throughout the customer journey. You will work closely with our product, development and operations teams to create robust and successful engagement programs.

You’ll make decisions, course-correct and optimize based on data and performance metrics. You will be our in-house deliverability expert. You will constantly be looking for new and more efficient methods for testing and iterating. The right candidate is highly focused on A/B tests, open rates, click-through rates and conversion rates.

The right candidate will come up with creative ideas and dig into the details to drive results. Additionally, you’ll help design systems to measure and improve our email performance and customer engagement across all our delivery channels. As the person closest to our email systems, you will provide input to our product team to improve their systems as well.


  • Develop and implement a holistic remarketing channel strategy for continuous improvement
  • Plan, coordinate and execute campaigns to engage subscribers and drive conversions across multiple brands
  • Create list segmentation and personalization strategy to increase relevance and engage subscribers
  • Drive the creation and implementation of new automated programs
  • Create and manage content library working with internal teams to create on-brand, interesting and relevant content (evergreen, topical and special offers)
  • Creative asset production in partnership with in-house design team
  • Responsible for QA (proof read and review) of all campaigns and creative
  • Manage internal database for lead capture, attribute/event collection, and sync with 3rd party service providers
  • Develop A/B and multivariate tests to optimize subscriber engagement and conversions, iterating and augmenting based on learnings
  • Measure, analyze and report on progress against kpi goals and to senior management and internal stakeholders, recommending and implementing continuous improvements
  • Proactively monitor and mitigate deliverability issues
  • Serve as the primary leader for development and management of new capabilities within our proprietary email tool
  • Manage ongoing communication with 3rd party service providers to ensure proper alignment on internal goals
  • Identify benchmarks, latest trends, emerging technologies, as well as potential partners to help grow/improve Remarketing business
  • Keep up to date with current email/sms laws, best practices/standards and new capabilities, ensuring they are executed and sustained

Skills & Qualifications

  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years work experience in email marketing/digital e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of core e-commerce and CRM KPI’s, data and analytics
  • Experience operating in Google Analytics or similar analytics platform
  • Excellent understanding of email marketing and retargeting concepts, metrics and deliverability
  • Extensive knowledge of advanced segmentation and automation strategies
  • Strong project management skills
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SMC Certifications preferred)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred
  • Working knowledge of AMPscript preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL preferred
