Requirements

🎉. You eat, sleep, breathe, email marketing and know how to harness it's power for any business

🎉 You have 3-5 years experience kickin' butt in an agency setting, doing hands on client work

🎉 You have people management skills: training, guiding and expanding the knowledge of your team

🎉 You're a master at developing systems and processes for the betterment of the organization

🎉 You have great soft skills - fun, likable, and detail-oriented

🎉 You are a thought leader, ready to share your knowledge and voice via blog posts, social media posts, webinars, podcasts, etc.

🎉 You're a learner - always expanding your knowledge base and getting better at your craft

🎉 You have experience in client retention and upsells

🎉 You have both B2B and ecommerce email experience as well as cold outbound experience.
