As our Director of Email and CRM Marketing, you will lead the strategy for our engagement and lifecycle efforts for the VTS Platform, with the goal of delivering multi-channel, personalized strategies to all VTS personas from acquisition, and engagement through conversion.


Every day you will determine the vision and strategy for lifecycle marketing across all VTS products. To thrive in this role you must be a strategic, agile, and organized marketer with experience in all aspects of customer lifecycle management (CRM, email marketing, mobile marketing, customer insights) including building strategic roadmaps, multi-channel initiatives, personalized trigger campaigns, and customer segmentation. You are experienced with channel testing methodology and optimization and lifecycle marketing programs, understanding trends, and finding ways to drive growth. You understand the consumer mindset across the lifecycle and are dedicated to great consumer experiences.


Here's what you can expect as a Director, Email and CRM Marketing:

  • Own the global email marketing and lifecycle roadmap for all VTS products and develop strategies to support
  • Build email audience segments, communication workflows, and trigger campaigns
  • Partner with the marketing operations team to identify key drivers of pipeline influence
  • Drive continuous optimization to improve key metrics and KPIs through meaningful audience analysis, email template analysis and constant A/B testing
  • Define goals, benchmarks, and key results for channel experiences and independent campaigns, as well as analyze campaign data and develop reports to monitor performance
  • Monitor competitive B2B SaaS, understand industry trends and how they translate to commercial real estate
  • Translate quantitative & qualitative consumer data/insights into a strong marketing strategy and communicate the insights to others in the organization.
  • Using your strong data visualization skills, you will effectively communicate performance and business impact to the broader business.
  • Effectively communicate email calendar and results for an executive audience

Workplace Designations

At VTS, we believe that the definition of "workplace" has dramatically evolved, and value flexibility as a necessary part of employee happiness & productivity. We believe that by embracing new ways of working - VTS is able to attract and retain the best talent!


We aim to provide the greatest level of flexibility we can for each of our team members, based upon their individual roles at VTS. We currently offer three types of work designations at the company level.

  • @office - This option means that the role requires you to come to the office at least 3 days a week.
  • @flex - This option means that the role requires you to come into the office 2 days or less a week.
  • @home - This option means that an employee will work primarily from their own home, but will have access to our office hubs whenever they would like.

There are some roles that require employees to be in the office at greater frequency - not all designations are available for every role. We are committed to transparency and each role is promoted with all designations available to that role.


For roles that require employees to spend time in person at one of VTS' offices in the US or Canada, VTS requires all employees to be fully vaccinated as a condition of employment unless a documented medical or religious reasonable accommodation is requested and approved. Being fully vaccinated means that an individual can provide documentation that they are at least two weeks past their final dose of an authorized COVID-19 primary vaccination series (not including booster shots).
