King & Spalding, a leading global law firm with more than 1,200 lawyers across 24 offices worldwide, seeks a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support its firmwide digital marketing strategy, inclusive of eMarketing, web, mobile, analytics and other initiatives. The successful candidate is conscientious and detail-oriented, versatile, analytical, proactive and creative at identifying appropriate business solutions. He/she thrives in a team environment but can also take ownership, using good judgment to effectively execute concurrent and time-sensitive projects.
Responsibilities:
- Routinely execute eMarketing campaigns (e.g., events, publications, announcements), including intake, formatting and technical configuration, list preparation and distribution
- Configure and update registration microsites for virtual and in-person events
- Help maintain continuity of digital presence, ensuring external and internal content and platforms are brand compliant, functional, and updated
- Assist with optimization efforts to improve email campaign deliverability and increase traffic to online channels
- Build, customize and deploy digital communications and event templates for end-users
- Support implementation of technology rollouts and serve as power user of eMarketing, web/microsite, event management, mobile, social and other digital platforms
- Aggregate campaign and platform analytics, and generate routine and ad hoc reports
- Serve as power user of CRM and analytics platforms
- Create and deploy digital collateral, including newsletters, announcements and other digital communications
- Help protect and maintain the firm’s visual identity standards
- Coordinate with eMarketing, web development, events and design team members and vendors as needed to ensure exceptional quality and consistent delivery of digital marketing media
- Assist with end-user support and training coordination on new and existing digital platform trainings, including development of reference materials and documentation
- Support cross-team and -office digital marketing, event and business development initiatives, as well as evolving firm objectives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in PC environment
- Experience with Vuture, Concep or similar e-mail and event management platforms
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or InterAction or other) CRM software
- Experience with ON24 or a similar webinar platform is a plus
- Experience with basic HTML and CSS
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Understanding of email and website analytics and ability to generate reports
- Flexibility to work autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse, international team
- Ability to remain organized and responsive in managing stakeholder expectations and time zone variances
- Ability to sustain a sense of urgency while working on multiple projects, and to balance changing priorities and competing deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills and judgment necessary to work effectively with personnel at all levels
- Ability to adhere to processes and procedures, stylistic branding conventions
- Aptitude and willingness to adopt and learn new technologies
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in business, marketing or a communications-related area
- 2 or more years digital marketing work experience, preferably in a professional services environment
