In this position you take the lead in bringing retention to the next level.
Your core focus is on building the best customer experience with the objective to maximize LTV. This means growing the value of customers by increasing order value and frequency. You will coach, inspire, and motivate CRM team members and coordinate the transfer of knowledge in the Growth team.

Your other responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of talented CRM-Marketers (currently 2 FTE)
- Developing our CRM strategy to increase the engagement of our existing userbase significantly
- Creating insights from data that result in strategies to improve retention, engagement, and LTV
- Applying a customer-centric approach to all our activities
- Exploring new ways/channels to delight our customers
Who are you
- 5+ years e-mail expertise with experience in a leadership role
- Track record of success in e-mail automation and customer journey creation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven, creating insights from data that form the foundation for strategies
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (preferably customer.io)
- And finally, you are a hustler who likes to get things done
