As the Customer Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you will support the development and execution of customer-centric journeys that help small businesses realize and achieve their marketing goals with the Contact Contact platform. This role will be focused on our loyalty and GTM initiatives and requires a creative thinker with a strong foundation in marketing and CRM fundamentals who is willing to take their growth to the next level, working across the organization to develop and deliver segmented campaigns that build on a positive customer journey and meet key KPIs. You are comfortable with data, able to pull analytics as needed and find the trends to act upon, tests to run, and channels to optimize. You understand how technology can provide a more personalized and scalable experience based on segmentation. But you also know the anatomy of a good headline and can distill customer stories into actionable messages that drive outcomes.

What you'll do:

  • Using data, support the CLM team in developing customer-centric strategies that are delivered across email, product, front of site, and social.
  • Oversee and manage project strategy as it relates to our loyalty and engagement program, including developing creative briefs, ensuring projects are meeting deadlines and on brand
  • With the Director and Brand team, develop contests that fuel customer excitement around marketing with Constant Contact and encourage customers to engage with new features
  • Support monthly messaging campaigns, new feature announcements and product releases as needed
  • Review and monitor program performance, as well as test into new ways to optimize customer flows
  • Find ways to innovate and optimize so that campaigns can be scaled and continuously drive growth
  • Work cross-functionally across product, sales, customer success, brand and creative to ensure a seamless customer experience across the customer flows

Who You Are

  • 2-4 years of marketing experience in lifecycle marketing, segmentation marketing or content marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Able to juggle multiple projects and pivot as necessary to meet project goals
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and able to take complex ideas and break them into manageable projects
  • Empathetic marketer who can walk in the customer's shoes and both understand and help overcome barriers to success
  • Data-driven storyteller who is able to look at data and hypothesize and test into the what that data is telling us about our end users
  • Creative thinker, excellent listener, and strong communicator
  • Very strong written and communication presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with an understanding of how technology can be used to gain efficiencies
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office and G Suite applications

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education and work location. In addition, some roles may be eligible for additional on target commission pay or bonus. The compensation package includes health and welfare benefits including paid leave.
