We are looking for an experienced CRM Specialist to join our marketing team. This is an entirely remote position with a salary range of $50K - $70K.

What Kind Of Person We Are Looking For...

• CRM-focused, but with the ability to jump in on any other projects

What You Will Be Doing...

• Leading the conceptualization of email campaigns that nurture and inform potential customers and increase the LTV of current customers
• Create and optimize welcome, abandonment, and winback flows to drive revenue and engagement
• Identify top customer segments in email lists to deliver timely brand messaging and to maximize revenue
• Work with our in-house designer to design branded emails and write compelling copy
• Develop and implement a SMS marketing strategy in coordination with email to promote new products, offers, and general engagement
• Plan and execute effective A/B tests with email and SMS
• Weekly reporting on list growth and retention, LTV, flow and campaign deliverability, open rates, and conversion rates
• Quarterly planning with marketing team to identify upcoming promotions and create a roadmap of email and SMS outreach

What We Are Looking For...

• 2+ years of experience managing e-commerce email and SMS marketing
• Experience in Klaviyo, Shopify, and Google Analytics
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills
• Organizational and project management skills
• Wordsmith with an eye for email design
