King & Spalding, a leading global law firm with more than 1,200 lawyers across 24 offices worldwide, seeks a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support its firmwide digital marketing strategy, inclusive of eMarketing, web, mobile, analytics and other initiatives. This position may be based out of our Atlanta or NY offices with a preference for Atlanta. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of being in the office 2-3x’s a week. The successful candidate is conscientious and detail-oriented, versatile, analytical, proactive and creative at identifying appropriate business solutions. He/she thrives in a team environment but can also take ownership, using good judgment to effectively execute concurrent and time-sensitive projects.
Responsibilities:
- Perform data maintenance, including resolving data change management tickets; creating, importing and updating records; merging duplicate records; resolving data discrepancies; and, verifying standardization of data
- Generate and distribute data and usage reports
- Assist with the testing of new features and configuration
- Support and train lawyers, BD and admin support colleagues on system use
- Document and maintain instructional and best practices guides
- Liaise with colleagues and outside consultants responsible for upkeep of the CRM system
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience working as a CRM data steward, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics
- Strong data management skills and facility with reporting, documentation, and training
- Highly detail-oriented with an ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with lawyers, marketing and business development colleagues, IT and other staff
- Proactive and solutions-driven, with a willingness to contribute opinions and insights regarding maintenance and enhancements to the CRM system
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in a technology, business or marketing-related area
- 2 or more years CRM and data quality management work experience, preferably in a professional services environment
