Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Management Lead (PMO) to oversee the CRM campaign execution workflow. This role will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of offshore project managers and cross-functional production teams to ensure flawless and timely CRM campaign delivery. • Establish, document, and manage CRM project workflows and SLAs to ensure all stakeholders clearly understand their roles and deliverables.
  • Utilize and manage project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet) to track all project deliverables and maintain real-time visibility of campaign progress.
  • Proactively identify any risks of delay; communicate adjusted timelines to the Account Service team to manage client expectations in advance.
  • Set up and continuously improve the communication framework to ensure timely updates between offshore production teams (HTML Developers, ACM Specialists, QA) and the US-based Account Service team.
  • Validate all campaign briefing documents to ensure complete and accurate information is provided for campaign production.
  • Coordinate seamless collaboration between global teams across functions including Account Service, Creative, HTML Development, Adobe Campaign production, and QA.
  • Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented working environment across all team members and agencies.
  • Lead recurring project status meetings and deliver clear reporting of campaign progress and operational KPIs to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Recommend process improvements to drive operational excellence and continuously reduce errors and rework.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in CRM operations, email marketing, or digital marketing campaign management.
  • Proven experience managing global/offshore production teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of CRM campaign workflows and data-driven marketing operations is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to proactively manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • PMI, PMP, Scrum, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
