THE ROLE

In order to further accelerate our growth, we’re looking for a versatile and ambitious CRM Manager who will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end CRM and CRO strategies of BUX's multi-channel communications landscape to strengthen brand loyalty, increase customer engagement, retention, revenue, and LTV.

You will be part of the setting up vision, strategy, and roadmap for the platform-driven CRO function leveraging tools to improve conversion rate. You will own the process for testing website/app design and messaging, maintain a full testing pipeline, prioritize tests, and balance test risk with potential impact. 


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and optimize campaigns and content triggered on user behavior to increase user lifetime value
  • Author creative briefs that lay out direction regarding key campaign objectives, strategy and content requirements for campaigns
  • Analyze data to enhance your understanding of our users and deliver insights that drive personalized experiences 
  • Design, execute, and evaluate existing and new campaigns, constantly measure campaign performance, rigorously A/B test, and optimize our communications across channels
  • Manage stakeholders across various teams to ensure timely delivery and end to end ownership of your campaigns
  • Set strategy for website/app conversion rates together with the growth marketing team 
  • Partner with data teams and product owners to identify friction points in the conversion funnels and ensure the funnels are continually optimized
  • Use data, experimentation, and creativity to improve campaign performance on our website and app 
  • Own the reporting of the results of your campaigns, as well as updating on new campaign initiatives to relevant stakeholders and leadership


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of (B2C) experience in CRM and conversion optimization
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills, with the ability to balance meticulous attention to details with swift execution
  • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing, and executing simultaneous projects and activities
  • Demonstrated ability to ideate and execute complex A/B and multivariate tests for growth marketing
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to effectively work cross-functionally with strong verbal and written communication skills; results-driven and fact-based communication style
  • Some non-specialist knowledge of HTML preferred
  • Deep experience with A/B testing, campaign messaging, and post-campaign analysis
  • Deep expertise in email, push, and in-app marketing concepts and best practices and metrics
  • Fluent in English
