This Team Works Across 7 Countries And Aims To
BlaBlaCar's Marketing team is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to join its CRM team.
- Increase the activity of existing members on the platform
- Market new features to our members
- End-to-end operational execution of CRM automated programs both with local and global marketing teams and in coordination with product team: from conception, to set-up, launch, follow up measurement and optimization.
- Use data-driven insights to understand and meet consumer needs with personalized customer communication and content
- Leading the content creation process coordinating with designers and copywriters
- Implementing the campaigns leveraging a cross channel tool (email, push notifications, fullscreens, in product communication)
- Conceiving and implementing core CRM strategy alongside your manager.
- Helping local marketing teams devise appropriate ad-hoc campaigns for local needs, including segmenting, performance estimation and coordination on templates and content.
- Assisting CRM Analyst by sharing results and insights on CRM performance both centrally and with local teams.
- 1 - 3 years of work experience in marketing (internships included)
- Highly detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong data and analytical skills
- You have excellent communication skills, you’re humble, and you enjoy sharing & learning from others
- You embrace change, are able to take a step back, prioritize, and focus on added-value tasks
- You have a results-driven and impact-oriented mindset
- Fluency in English
- Nice to have: previous CRM experience
