Overview
The CRM Marketing Manager, reporting to VP Marketing & Sales, will oversee the resort's email and SMS marketing programs and be expected to consistently represent the brand's voice and identity.
The core responsibilities of this role include the development and execution of comprehensive CRM strategies to drive guest acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. In addition, they will manage campaign automation, audience segmentation, and collaborate with internal teams to support seasonal marketing and business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop email and SMS strategic plans and customer journey maps to support key business goals, including guest acquisition, loyalty, and upsell.
- Campaign Execution: Build and deploy campaigns leveraging behavioral, transactional, and demographic data through segmentation tactics and automations.
- Advanced Personalization & Testing: Design, learn and iterate from multivariate testing programs to optimize campaign strategies and content tactics, including personalization and automation insights.
- Data & Performance Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, etc.) and implement optimizations to improve effectiveness.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Maintain compliance with CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and other relevant data privacy regulations.
- Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: Work closely with brand, creative, and resort services teams to ensure SMS and email messaging is consistent with other channels.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure creative output reflects brand standards while optimizing for engagement and conversion performance, and challenging the status quo to differentiate Big Sky Resort SMS and email communication.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Hospitality or Communication.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategic design and implementation of measurable marketing programs.
- Experience with DMP, CDP, and/or CRM platforms.
- Skilled with marketing automation platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze or Iterable.
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data and adjust strategies in real time.
- Strong understanding of mobile marketing best practices, including segmentation and compliance with regulations.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

- The salary range for this position is $70k-$90k annually. This role is eligible for bonus.
