More About Your Role


As this is a newly created position, there is a real opportunity to make a difference and make this role your own. You will support the strategy and development of the organisation's CRM marketing communication activities. Your main focus will be on CRM marketing, you'll enjoy creating both content and campaigns directly for our target audiences across Email and SMS marketing channels, with a strong focus on lead generation and nurturing.


This is a customer-focused role and you'll play a critical role in supporting the delivery of the multi-channel marketing plan across key retention channels such as email and SMS to drive the most optimal customer experience.


You'll benefit from working as part of the Group Marketing Team and you'll specifically lead on the coordination and delivery of email campaigns and SMS marketing, email template creation, best-practice approach, A/B testing and analysis.


Please note that this is an agile role as we will give you all the tools that you need to do your role effectively from home; although there will be the requirement to travel to our Preston office as and when is required.

More About You


You will have previous experience within a CRM marketing role. You'll be passionate about the customer journey and how to effectively engage customers. Due to the nature of the role you will be highly skilled communicator that can persuade and influence in a positive way. You'll understand the importance of GDPR and the importance of integrity in all that you do.


You'll have attention to detail with a need to continuously measure success and improve process. Experience using Mailchimp, Salesforce marketing cloud, DotDigital or similar is needed.
