CRM Executive - Whitbread


Circa £32,000K + 10% Bonus

As the UK’s largest hotel brand with over 2.5 million active users, we’re continually looking for ways to keep our guests engaged and generate the best results and revenue. That’s where you’ll be joining us as a CRM Executive within our Customer marketing team. With no two days the same, one day you’ll be improving our weekly customer emails and the other you’ll be starting brand-new campaigns and initiatives.

As CRM Executive you’ll work in collaboration across multiple brand teams (commercial, proposition, insight) and our CRM team to drive relevant and continuous customer engagement with our emails that inspire our guests to stay with us.


: Hybrid Role based in Dunstable, Bedfordshire LU5 5XE (working 3 days a week in the office).

What You’ll Do

  • Brief, build and broadcast Premier Inn CRM Activity using our CRM systems.
  • Set up and deliver campaign critical paths ensuring accurate campaign planning and timely delivery of each stage.
  • Testing, checking and integrating all creative and data considerations for all campaigns so that all systems and processes work together.
  • Work with CRM Marketing Manager on campaign requirements and delivery proposals ensuring that all activity meets both customer and business needs.
  • Ensure efficient delivery of CRM activities, utilising existing and new system capabilities.

What You’ll Need

  • Ideally, you’ll have previous work experience gained within a marketing or customer focused environment with understanding of marketing principle and CRM.
  • Experienced use of Adobe Campaign or other CRM systems, including campaign analysis, campaign proposition briefing and development ways of working.
  • Knowledge of Global and UK travel industry with leisure or B2B focus would be advantageous or working with other channels in marketing mix or CRM channels SMS, push.
  • Strong attention to detail, quality and accuracy
  • A Troubleshooting and problem-solving mindset looking at how to achieve the best outcomes.
  • A great organiser who can prioritise their own workload effectively and also be flexible to meet changing business needs and deadlines.
  • An excellent communicator who is able to engage and collaborate across multiple stakeholders and teams.
