Freedom Solar Power is looking for a CRM Marketing Automation Specialist to contribute to Freedom Solar’s CRM acquisition & lifecycle marketing efforts. You will be responsible for executing email and SMS touch points across all of the prospect and customer lifecycles and a key driver of sales and engagement strategies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, able to work in fast-moving environments, and a team player. Essential Functions and Duties:
- Set up Hubspot instances, campaign execution, workflow management, and reporting to improve the marketing funnel metrics and support the company’s aggressive growth goals
- Support end-to-end execution of email, SMS, and digital marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, build, QA, deploying, and measuring the impact of workflows. Improve email and SMS quality, delivery, and performance
- Understand the framework of campaigns, lead routing, list uploads, integrations/webhooks, and data management between sales and marketing systems
- Assist Digital Marketing Manager in the management and optimization of our inbound campaigns and messaging
- Strategically recommending new A-B testing, new triggers or workflows, and personalized messaging, leveraging our analytics and pulling from your expertise in CRM
- Work collaboratively with design & copy stakeholders to execute lifecycle campaigns throughout the different events in a customer's lifecycle
- Constantly provide the copy & design stakeholders with as much insight into copy/design performance to ensure they're as informed as you on what's working and what's not
- Partner with marketing team members & product team leads to develop and implement a best-in-class lead generation strategy for established markets and as we prepare to launch into new markets
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience with CRM lead management
- Proven track record of improving engagement, conversion goals, and retention via email/SMS channels
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Ability to thrive with tight deadlines
- A systems-thinking approach to understanding and build complex logic flows
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hubspot Reports)
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS
- Experience with Hubspot (or similar CRM tool) & WordPress
- Critical thinker who can take an abstract, ambiguous request and use a systems-thinking approach to break it down into system logic and visualize a build
- A learner who’s always ready for more and is excited to continuously improve the process
- Service and “customers first” mentality always looking to be helpful to stakeholders
