We are looking for a CRM Marketing Associate to join one of our rapidly growing CRM teams in New York.
As CRM Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in optimizing shopping within the Klarna App, by creating an emotional connection with the consumer and building a habit to use our products and channels through CRM.
In this role you will also be responsible for executing and following up on global multichannel marketing campaigns. To be successful in this position, you should be detail-oriented, data-driven, able to be flexible and willing to challenge the status quo.
What Is Needed
- 2-4 years minimum experience in marketing.
- Flexible and adaptable; no task is too small.
- Self-starter with strong work ethic, capable of setting and maintaining own deadlines,
- Experience of impacting & contributing to increased customer engagement in outbound CRM campaigns (Email, SMS), app CRM (Push, In App Message) and app content (Articles).
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation/CRM tools, email marketing, customer segmentation & A/B testing.
Nice To Have
- Experience using Braze
- Global marketing experience
