This is a new role dedicated to working on our recently implemented CRM Marketing and Automation solutions; Salesforce and Salesforce Pardot. You'll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing our email and marketing automation strategies. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a unique Mapiq experience for our prospects, clients, partners, and employees through personalized and multi-touch communications.

What does the role entail?

• Define, implement, and optimize all recurring and ad-hoc marketing initiatives and campaigns through Salesforce Pardot in collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Build automated customer journeys, addressing all customer journey stages from lead generation and lead nurturing to reactivation campaigns
• Manage all marketing automation architecture, data, and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best strategies and practices to fully leverage the platform's capabilities
• Identify, set, and monitor key metrics to measure the success of our campaigns, run experiments, and leverage B2B customer data to continuously improve performance
