Welcome to Vinterior, the new home of vintage. We think there’s a sustainable and unique alternative to brand new – our vision is to make pre-owned furniture the preferred choice for homes and workplaces.

Vinterior launched in 2016 with 12 London dealers and 200 mid-century furniture pieces. In six years, we’ve grown to 2000 vintage sellers across Europe, listing 200,000+ products across 97 furniture and homeware categories.

After growing 120% in 2020, we’ve become the leading vintage marketplace in the UK. And we’re not stopping there. We’ve raised a $10m Series A to accelerate growth, with the mission to become the #1 vintage platform in Europe by love and scale.

About the team:

Vinterior comprises a team of 47, including 9 in engineering and 6 in Product (3 PMs, 1 Product designer and 2 Product analysts). The team with a diverse range of nationalities is spread across Europe, in the UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Portugal and Hungary and we are a remote-first company.

We currently have 3 cross-functional squads, and we’re looking to hire an experienced CRM manager to work alongside the product and engineering team to drive B2C and B2B customer engagement at different touchpoints of the user journey, and support squads with product marketing.

Problems we’re solving

With big ambitions come big problems. Here are some of the biggest challenges we face and some key identified strategies to solve them:

  • Organic growth. We have been growing organically by making our large inventory highly discoverable on Google and delivering a great experience for our customers. We will further invest in organic growth by continuing to grow our brand awareness and educating our customers about buying second-hand furniture to increase engagement and drive repeat visits. We continue to optimise our site for SEO, creating content at scale, and want to now develop further our CRM automated campaigns.
  • Search and discoverability & Shopping Experience. With over 1 million listings added to our marketplace, we have to automate curation and improve our discovery experience to help customers find the perfect pieces that match their needs, tastes and budget. This ranges from improving inventory data quality at scale to crafting a better search experience and offering personalised recommendations. We strive to make that shopping experience as smooth and delightful as possible, solving the pain points for both buyers and sellers from that purchase experience to getting their item delivered.
  • Inventory growth. We will continue to grow our inventory, meeting the demand through a comprehensive offering of pre-owned furniture and homeware. We need to easily onboard new sellers and make the listing creation process effortless, while solving our sellers biggest pain points, by offering for example logistics support, pricing recommendations and marketing tools to increase sales.

Job Responsibilities

What you will do?

  • Manage set-up and configuration of data-driven campaigns to deliver engagement, retention & conversion
  • Own, plan and implement testing strategies, including A/B/MVT
  • Optimise performance of existing email automations and user journey touchpoints
  • Oversee new automations and product marketing launches from creation to execution, including analysis and reporting & highlighting key findings
  • Build emails and SMS including copywriting yourself (with internal support), and briefing design via our in-house team
  • Be comfortable with audience selection, segmentation, personalisation & analysis
  • Proactively communicate with stakeholders to ensure workloads & deadlines are managed efficiently
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather insights and identify user journey opportunity
  • Work collaboratively with performance and brand marketing functions to ensure emails, in particular, balance both commercial and brand objectives


  • 3-5+ years of professional experience as a digital CRM Manager
  • Good experience with Ometria as a CRM platform
  • Hands on experience in delivering CRM campaigns and/or automation including dynamic content and personalisation
  • Prior experience with data visualisation tools (Looker, Datastudio or Amplitude)
  • Demonstrate strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Proactive, strong work ethic, personal accountability and ownership
  • Understanding of best practises with regards to email deployment
  • Experience working with engineers, product owners and other members of cross-functional teams.
  • Love learning

Bonus if you have any of the following:
