The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager is a customer-obsessed, trailblazer who works with teams across the organization to maintain a customer-focused attitude with a concentration on activities that create lifetime customers. By using a fully integrated marketing approach, this role specializes in customer interaction and automated customer journeys. Individual is passionate about the customer journey and the magic that happens when you give the right customer the right message on the right platform at the right time. This person will thrive when given an open-ended puzzle that can be solved by diving into data and analytics.


This role sits within the Customer Engagement team. The Customer Engagement team is responsible for CRM, email strategy and customer journey.


Key Accountabilities and Outcomes

  • Support the development of and execute CRM strategy that fosters loyalty and speaks to customers along the customer journey
  • Work with other members the Customer Engagement team and Integrated Marketing Group to help brainstorm ideas and execute tactics that foster loyalty and speak to customers along the customer journey
  • Maintain the highest levels of privacy around customer data
  • Identify and execute campaigns to build a robust CRM database that provides a holistic view of the customer
  • Provide reports and deep analysis of the customer database, product registration, acquisition, retention and loyalty performance
  • Deliver on cross-channel plan for reaching customers and known prospects to support customer acquisition, retention, and win-back targets
  • Recommend marketing programs to increase customer lifetime value and build rich relationships with customers that build brand loyalty
  • Facilitate collaborative conversations around the customer journey
  • Keep up to date with marketing technology, changes in CRM and global rules and regulations around privacy
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Here is what you’ll bring to the table

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or business, or related field
  • 5+ years of proven integrated or digital marketing experience
  • Expert understanding of customers and digital marketing journeys
  • Expert in customer Acquisition, Segmentation, Retention, and Loyalty
  • Advanced understanding of digital marketing channels including email, paid media, SEO
  • High interest and knowledge of CRM and digital trends in marketing; ability to recognize impact of new technologies and, in partnership with other marketing leadership
  • Highly organized and analytical
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and work independently
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and desire to impact a business
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
