Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Director Marketing for the RW&CO brand, the Manager CRM is responsible for maximizing the customer acquisition and retention journeys in our email and media channels. This leader plays a key role in defining our strategy and driving performance both online and in-stores – aligning with our overarching vison of creating unforgettable customer experiences and propelling our brand into the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead all loyalty and email marketing activities, with focus on KPI performance;
- Oversee digital media customer segmentation activities, delivering on both brand and performance objectives;
- Own segmentation for both the email marketing and digital media calendars;
- Manage CRM Analysis team to develop optimal segmentation strategy as well as with internal and external media partners, leading strategic briefing and subsequent coordination;
- Oversee the effectiveness of automated customer journeys across our email touchpoints;
- Lead competitive analysis of email and media market, draw and implement best practices.
- Lead customer driven analysis to identify and help drive and recommend initiatives that would increase the brands customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in digital marketing or related field. Retail experience is an asset;
- Demonstrated ability to drive analytics and strategy;
- Influential and clear communication style;
- Bilingual.
