We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our Revenue Operations team at Properly. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with the marketing, inside sales, real estate, operations, engineering, and strategic growth teams to customize our CRM and improve efficiencies. The CRM Manager will own the full funnel CRM (HubSpot) workflow and design.

What you will do:
- Build and own sales, real estate, and strategic growth CRM infrastructure, including identifying inefficiencies, auditing existing CRM practices, operations, building automations, integrations, and providing recommendations to enable sophisticated CRM functions for a high-performing sales team
- Manage all aspects of CRM automation, workflows, systems and performance management including reporting
- Think through audience segmentation, email/SMS personalization, A/B and multivariate testing as it relates to each campaign
- Build and foster relationships with your counterparts across marketing, operations and strategy to align on optimizations for lead to opportunity processes
- Document CRM processes with clear instructions (technical and non-technical)
- Understand CRM compliance and best practices: List clean-up, maintaining a clean database, prospect and subscriber segmentation, improving email deliverability, and data integrity
- Assist sales reps with their understanding and adoption of HubSpot and integrated tools
- Suggest, analyze and implement tools to improve CRM usage for outside sales reps (real estate agents)
- Use dashboards and queries (Redash) to analyze and report insights
What we are looking for:
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM management (HubSpot preferred)
- Demonstrable experience with building, customizing, and scaling CRMs for sales and marketing teams
- Proven ability to communicate complex systems to stakeholders
- Comfortable with either Excel or Google Sheets to create based modelling and reporting
- Ability to work cross-functionally and implement solutions for various teams
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple important initiatives across the organization
- Proficiency in creating a culture of accountability by setting the right metrics and tying company performance, compensation, and promotions to tangible results
- SQL experience is a bonus
