Position Overview:

Neighborly® is seeking a talented and highly motivated individual to join our marketing team. As part of the CRM team, the CRM Manager will be responsible for working with the Director of CRM to execute the CRM strategy and launch email programs that drive new business within our brands via cross-sell and upsell campaigns.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CRM process through concept, design, coding, deployment, communication and reporting.
  • Serve as the Eloqua campaign development and data integration functional team expert
  • Design highly engaging, multi-touch campaigns for purposes of increasing lifetime value of Neighborly customers
  • Lead the execution of new email personalization plan to drive improvement in customer engagement and cross brand activity
  • Manage Neighborly local email program and drive increased franchisee adoption rate
  • Work closely with Brand Managers, Ops and Digital teams to execute tailored email strategies
  • Execute multi-channel CRM strategies (Email, text and mobile push)
  • Partner with Brand Managers on special campaigns as needed
  • Manage the email database, including segmentation, standardization, cleansing and maintenance
  • Test and learn to achieve best results across email campaigns
  • Create and manage automated processes in Eloqua
  • Manage regular reporting on campaign performance
  • Continually evaluate campaigns results and make recommendations for improvements to campaigns and to Oracle Eloqua to maximize platform functionality
  • Successfully communicate and work with brand presidents, officers, external contacts, and internal departments to perform responsibilities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal information.
  • Interface with others in a professional manner and be a trusted go-to person.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Attributes:

  • Demonstrated proficiency with Eloqua campaign development and integrating Eloqua with other systems
  • Ability to ideate, create and execute email campaigns to communicate, educate and call to action through a combination of various support services (HTML, Creative, Deployment, etc.)
  • Understand different audiences and how to communicate to them effectively
  • Keen eye to preserve integrity and voice of our brands and messaging throughout the entire campaign development process
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Clear understanding of marketing automation workflows and list segmentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on approach. Able to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with teams to ensure the highest quality deliverables
  • Self-starter
  • Quick learner prioritizes appropriately to ensure the email program is focusing on the bigger more impactful initiatives
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-starter. Ability to work autonomously with little support.
  • High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Sense of humor.


Education & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.


  • 3+ years of advanced email marketing platform and campaign execution experience
  • Experience managing the planning and execution of CRM campaigns in a large-scale program, preferably B2C
