Join our exciting adventure to develop and utilise Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies, systems and processes across the Le Boat brand. Working closely with sales and marketing teams, you will drive effective data driven marketing campaigns and conversion strategies, increasing retention of existing customers and supporting customer acquisition strategies for expansion!

What you will be doing:

  • Implementing data driven CRM strategies to increase repeat custom, improving loyalty and retention through a global customer communication plan
  • Partnering with regional teams to ensure the monthly customer comms plans meet Le Boat global trading needs and incorporates relevant trading offers as required
  • Setting up new and update existing customer journeys, validating the rules and logic and track the set-up is working accurately
  • Developing new and optimise existing customer lifecycle trigger campaigns based on insights and customer needs
  • Looking for opportunities to improve levels of segmentation and personalisation in customer comms
  • Driving improvements to CRM initiatives through a test and learn approach

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in an international CRM team, demonstrating excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • A data-driven marketing and a customer centric approach
  • Good knowledge of repeat and retention marketing techniques across multiple channels
  • Knowledge and expertise in HubSpot or other database tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to challenge and positively influence others
  • Ability to problem solve and be proactive in decision making

  • You are an experienced CRM manager who will bring proven knowledge in CRM
  • You are driven to keep the customer at the heart of everything you do, and have a passion for improving performance through hands-on delivery
