We are looking for a CRM Lead to help us in our mission to bring delightful, market-fresh easy cooking back to the people. Marley Spoon is re-inventing the global food supply chain to reduce food waste and connect consumers with quality producers, providing fresh food directly to customer's homes.

The role:

  • Ownership of Marley Spoon’s reactivation & referral activities for all Markets and Brands
  • Lead and drive the data architecture along with other CRM Leads to ensure robust segmentation and personalisation.
  • Lead, develop and enable a team of 3 CRM Managers
  • Plan operational and promotional actions supporting short, -mid and long-term strategy to increase reactivations & referrals, while improving customer lifetime value supporting net revenue growth.
  • Work with our Data Scientists to create and improve sophisticated customer segmentation and tailored offers that improve targeting and support your profitability goals
  • Constantly evolve our automation and personalisation activities through elaborated A/B tests around content, channels and incentives
  • Keep a tight grip on ROI and spend management by channel and cohort to understand where to scale
  • Evaluate best-in-class software solutions to support your CRM activities


  • 5+ years of business experience and a clear track record of implementing CRM strategies in an e-commerce or subscription environment
  • Extensive understanding of engagement, churn prevention and reactivation activities, basic knowledge of customer acquisition marketing is a plus
  • Expertise in CRM data analytics and systems and translating data into action items. Bonus for experience with an omni-channel orchestration tool such as Iterable or Braze
  • Proven track record of setting up A/B tests, analysing experiments, and creating feedback loops to optimise and personalise campaigns at scale
  • Have excellent planning, organisational, prioritisation and project management skills
  • Have the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, both verbally and written, in English.
  • You constantly challenge the status quo and obsess about solving problems
