Key Role Responsibilities

•   Support the Line Manager to deliver the CRM strategy

•   Plan, brief, and manage campaigns using various marketing automation platforms

•   Work closely with marketing and design. Co-ordinate the HTML process, ensuring template compliance and gaining approval 

•   Troubleshoot comms issues daily, flagging deliverability issues as soon as they occur and help to resolve 

•   Help with implementation of the test and learn roadmap. Analyse campaigns, including periodic reporting tasks

•   Provide project assistance, leading meetings (when required) and completing next steps 

•   Deputise for the CRM Manager (when appropriate)

 

Key Skills, Qualifications & Experience


•   Relevant experience of building, testing, and deploying emails & SMS including segmentation and briefing targeting requirements

•   Awareness of how an email automation platform works 

•   Knowledge of how to use mar-tech applications or dynamic scripting

•   Practical experience in analysing data sets and formatting to share learnings 

•   Strong copywriting, content management and visual selection skills 

•   Basic Google Analytics, Excel and other MS package knowledge

•   Subscription CRM, including Lifecycle communication management

•   Presenting to a wide audience, including SLT and agencies

•   Using Power BI or similar analytics dashboards to gather key learnings

•   Confident communicator at all levels, both written and verbal

•   Numerical with an analytical mind set, comfortable relating this to the customer
