As a CRM Executive (International) you will be accountable for the delivery of our email marketing messages to millions of customers, you will be responsible for making it happen, making it better and doing it right. You will be passionate about getting the most from our data, technology and creative assets, be comfortable working across departments, disciplines and channels, be strongly commercially-minded, possess excellent planning communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and deal with ambiguity.
You will use data & analytics to continually test, learn & improve campaign evaluation and targeted messaging. You will be very hands on as you become an expert user of our marketing technology suite (Salesforce Marketing Cloud), ensuring we get the most out of the data & systems available to us.
Key skills:
- Experience working within CRM/email marketing is preferred but not essential
- Experience using an email service provider is preferred but not essential eg Salesforce Marketing
- Self-motivated, well organised individual with high attention to detail who can work effectively within a team
- Experienced in analysing and reporting on KPI’s across campaigns, and providing recommendations for increased performance
- A team player who can work on their own but also enjoys working as part of a team
Key accountabilities & measures:
- Plan campaign email activity with other CRM executive, marketing and trade managers for international markets
- Manage email creation process from brief to deployment
- Liaise with the design and build teams to create highly engaging and revenue driving emails
- Ensure emails adhere to our best practice regarding content, links and deliverability
- Create and maintain the email calendar, ensuring they are up to date & in line with wider marketing and trade calendars
- Monitor and report on key email engagement metrics weekly and set clear actions to improve
- Use CRM customer data to deliver valuable insights to wider team
- Ensure we are in line with and preferably exceeding the industry standard and innovations
- Work with the UK CRM team to ensure we are aligned strategically whenever appropriate
