We are looking for an experienced CRM Executive to join Red Bull Racing and support the implementation & develop the strategy for our fan engagement campaigns.

The CRM Executive will work closely with the CRM Manager to support the planning & managing of all fan engagement communications to existing and prospect fans. You will be responsible for the creation and optimisation of CRM campaigns with the Red Bull Racing strategy in mind, with the aim of providing the best digital fan experience in the sports industry.

As part of this CRM Executive role, you will use new and existing fan consumer insights to improve fan engagement enabling growth plus achieve set goals and objectives. You will utilise your creativity and personalisation to produce high quality, dynamic, innovative campaign content to boost our audience in addition to maximising the retention of our existing fan base.

The ideal CRM Executive candidate should have:

  • 2+ years’ CRM experience in a direct to consumer industry, ideally within a sporting or entertainment environment
  • Experience using CRM platforms, including HTML email coding and fan/customer segmentation
  • Highly fan-centric with a good understanding of CRM strategies and practices
  • Detailed and thorough understanding of legal compliance relating to GDPR, data privacy and security
  • Exceptional attention-to-detail
  • Very strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to mobilise others
  • Extremely organised with a passion to drive optimisation through insights and data
  • Proactive attitude and committed interest to the team’s objectives
  • Self-starter who can take initiative
  • Data-focused and ROI driven
  • Confident in communicating and presenting with core stakeholders across the business
  • Experience using Oracle CX suite, specifically Responsys desired
