We have an exciting opportunity for a CRM Email Developer, who will focus on creating and implementing successful CRM campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently build, test and maintain HTML marketing emails within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, in a way that maximises the effectiveness of the channel and drives conversion to sales.

As the successful candidate, you will demonstrate strong HTML/CSS skills, along with proven experience within a CRM email marketing role. You will ideally have exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Photoshop, along with utilisation of live content tools. You will possess the ability to design, build and execute industry-leading email campaigns, as well as being able to manage multiple tasks and meet subsequent deadlines.

What you'll do...

  • Management of the day to day email deployment process ensuring campaign and trigger emails are delivered on time, every time
  • Work with the support of the wider CRM team and partner agencies to deliver winning content ideas for emails
  • Develop accessible and fully responsive HTML email templates (featuring live and dynamic content) and web forms from scratch, executing campaign roll-out to the highest standard in support of the CRM team's strategy
  • Sequence and test contact journeys using Salesforce Journey Builder, with support from Database Manager Map
  • Test the usability/ accessibility of emails in various clients and platforms using Litmus
  • Be the ‘go-to’ person for email best practice, best in class email design and channel impacts from the wider industry
  • Engage in test and learn approaches for enhancing the effectiveness of HTML email templates
  • Understanding reporting metrics and being able to present accordingly
  • Ensure brand consistency across emails
